Privacy policy

The short version: I collect only what I need to photograph you well and get your images to you safely. I never sell your information. Your photographs are shared only with your permission. Children’s images get extra protection, always.
What I collect, and why
When you inquire or book a session, I receive what you send me — your name, email, phone number, and the details of what you’re hoping for. I use it to plan your session, deliver your images, and stay in touch about your order. That’s it.
Booking runs through my scheduling provider, so the details you enter there are held by them under their own privacy terms as well as mine.
Your photographs
Photographs from your session are personal data too, and I treat them that way:
- Delivery is private. Your gallery is yours — shared with you alone, behind your own access.
- Sharing is by permission. I only show session images publicly — on this site, my portfolio, or social media — when you’ve agreed to it in your session agreement. You can say no, or change your mind later, and I’ll take them down.
- Children come first. Galleries that include minors are never shared beyond your family, and images of children never appear publicly without a parent or guardian’s explicit written permission.
Client galleries and your account
When the client portal opens, your gallery account will work by invitation — an invite code from me creates your private account. Anything you upload to your own gallery stays private to you and me unless you place an order that requires it. Accounts are protected with two-step verification, and you can ask me to close your account and remove your uploads at any time.
Print orders and payments
Print orders are fulfilled through my gallery and print partner. Your payment details go directly to their payment processor — this website never sees or stores card numbers. Shipping details are shared with the print lab only as needed to get your order to your door.
This website
This site keeps things minimal:
- It uses only the cookies needed to function and load quickly. There is no advertising tracking here.
- The site’s typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google’s servers (disclosing your IP address to them) when the page loads.
- I don’t run analytics that identify you personally. If that ever changes, this policy will say so first.
Who helps behind the scenes
Like most small studios, I rely on a few trusted services: website hosting, scheduling/booking, and my gallery & print platform. Each receives only the information it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own privacy commitments. I never sell or rent your information to anyone, for any reason.
Your choices
You can always ask me to:
- Show you what information I hold about you
- Correct something that’s wrong
- Delete your information or close your gallery account
- Stop using your images publicly — even if you said yes before

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will appear here with a new effective date. For anything that meaningfully affects your images or your account, I’ll tell you directly rather than hoping you notice.
